Former Owner (Norm Wolgin) remarks: I bought this car at auction in 2003 and it was owned by a "John Morgan" for some 20years.

Update 10/21/09: Research has revealed that this car is the missing Wm. A. Petzold Jr. car that was listed in the 1957 Registry as a fully restored 1912 Milburn coupe (CP216517---read as Coupe 2-1651-7):
1957 Wm A Petzold car

Update 07/29/10: This car has a strong resemblance to two "1921" Milburn photos of a Milburn that entered a car show.  One photo is the 1921 Milburn "Standard Catalog" photo showing a car with a car show entry #127.  The other is the photo of Ron Pew's car winning best car at the Greenfield Village Old Car Festival in 1979 (HCG nov/dec '79 v41n6).  Both of these photos show what appear to be Firestone Non-skid tires, dark wood wheels, dark color car and wheels and similar year car.  The Pew article indicates car still had NiFe Edison batteries.  Since both of these photos are of show quality cars and given this Wolgin car is similarly show quality, we are leaning towards these all being the same car and that this car was owned by Pew in the late 1970's.
Update 05/21/11: A photo of this car appeared for sale on Ebay and noted as dated June 2nd, 1954. This photo has a building in the near background with the letters "ZOLD" and what appears to be "PET" before them. With Wm.A.Petzold owning a Milburn in 1957, it stands to reason that this photo is of the now missing Petzold Milburn #216517. See photos page to see what this car looked like in 1954.
Update 10/30/11:   NOTE: Norm sold the car in August, 2006.  It is now in Hinckley, Ohio (at this point, owner prefers to be anonymous).
